He is survived by: his children, Jan Welch (Ralph), Kim Young (Mike) and Timothy Tucker (Amy); his grandchildren, Tiffany Hunt (Joey), Lindsay Wynn (Wynn), Barkley Anders (Brent), Emma Warnick (Austin), Ellie Tucker, Samantha Young, Robert Young and Austin Young (Ayla); and his great grandchildren, Colton Hunt, Allie Hunt, Easton Wynn, Brodie Wynn, Athena Young, Atlas Young, Akilles Young, Evie Anders and Lukas Warnick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause Willard greatly supported..
