He is survived by: his daughter DeLane Rogers Bailey (Chris); his grandchildren, Lindsey Rogers Smith (Jeff), Jennifer Rogers Fierbaugh (Wes), Marcie Rogers Morris (Justin), John Rogers Bailey (Carolyn) and Walton James Bailey (Presley Oswalt); his great grandchildren, Anderson Smith, Lydia Smith, Cooper Cowley, Carter Morris and Garrett Morris; his brother Eugene Rogers (Betty) of Northport; his sister-in-law Bobbie Rogers of Fayette, Alabama.; his significant other Mattie Mae Hall Rogers; and his son David Armon Rogers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
