He was predeceased by: his father Joseph "Eddie" Kelley; his grandparents, Rufus, Clevie C. Kelley, Henry and Gene Boothe; his cousin Randy Kelley; his aunts and uncles, Rufus "Bubba" Kelley, Derrick Boothe, Donna Boothe and Carolyn Skelton; and his cousin Kisha Johnson.

He is survived by: his mother Rachele Ann Kelley; the mother of his children Bridget Kelley; his children, Kayla Gallegos (John), Joshua Taylor (Samantha), Kolby Boswell and Dalton Kelley (Danielle); his sister Jessica Anderson (Mitchell); and his grandchildren, Aydin Taylor, McKaylynn, Rowan Gallegos, Dean and Dahlia Kelley.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center.
