She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace (Hattie Mitchell Mansell) and Luree (Bingo); her husband Bobby Shields; her son Keith Shields; her grandchildren, Blake Heflin and JaTara Luree Shields; her son-in-law Brandon Clemons; and her siblings, Thelma Parker, Ella Mae Guffy, Woodrow Mansell, Earl Berryhill and Billy Berryhill.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Shields, Kimberly Clemons and Pat Roper (Buddy); her grandchildren, JaHala Shields, Will Clemons, Kimberly Roberson (Kyle), Taylor Heflin, Travis Heflin and Caleb Roper (Nichole); and her siblings, Judy Silva (Butch) and Buford Mansell. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
