She was predeceased by: her father William Arthur Adair (Winnie Lee); and her grandparents, Barbara Ann Wiley and George Dewey Adams (Eva). She is survived by: her husband Joe Arthur Willoughby Sr.; her children, Joe Arthur Willoughby Jr. (Deborah), Beverly Washburn (Mikel) and Vicki Sutton (Gary); her siblings, William Harold Adair (Lola), George Dewey Adair (Freida), Tim Willoughby (Judy) and Margaret Wright; her grandchildren, Joe Arthur Willoughby III (Macy), Peavy Pittman (Amy), Katie Jo Wright (Lee), Brandy Valentini (Trey), Amanda Rushen (Zachary), Candy Blackmon (Heath), Jamie Zmolik (Jon), Amber Ross (Jeff), Tiffany Sutton and Bradley Sutton; and her great grandchildren, Warren, Whit, Cam, Charlee Jo, Evelyn, William, Olivia of Henry, TJ, Lauren, Chloe, Madi, Harper, Rocky, Wyatt, Savannah, Kirsten, Khloe, Riley and Elli.
