He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Belcher; his son Jonathan Belcher; his parents, Lester Belcher and Peggy Belcher; and his brothers, Paul Belcher and John Belcher.
He is survived by: his son Jay Belcher (Lisa); his grandchildren, Justin Belcher (Amber), Kyle Chandler, Kyle Belcher (Megan), Malia Mize (Joseph) and Timberlynn Belcher; and his brother Gilbert Belcher. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
