He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Hartline. He is survived by: his father Roy Hartline; his sister Erica Hawkins (Mickie); and his sibling's children, Maddie Hawkins and Colton Hawkins.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crestview Memorial Funeral Home (5250 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adamsville, AL 35005).
