He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Bush and Grace Bush; his brother Jasper Lewis "Hootie" Bush; and his son John David Bush Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Lloyd Bush (Renee) and Renee Bush Krebs; his grandchildren, Hunter Bush, Brandon Bush, Shelby Krebs, Mason Krebs and John David "John Boy" Bush Jr.; his great grandchild Phoenix Bush; and his daughters, Marlys Bush and Barbara Jean Bush. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
