She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Reynolds and Mabel Reynolds; her husband Paul W. Fields; her siblings, Jackie Jefferson, Becky Martin and James Reynolds; and her son Joey Fields.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Crook. She is also survived by grandchildren and great children.
