Steven A. Mahaffey Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Steven A. Mahaffey of Mount Olive, Alabama is shared. Steven, born on October 10, 1952, passed away on June 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Steven will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his son Johnathan Mahaffey; and his parents, Matt Mahaffey and Gertrude Mahaffey. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mahaffey; his children, Marlena Tipton (Eric), Brittany Williams (Justin) and Drew Mahaffey; and his grandson Cameron Tipton.

He was a founding Member of the Tarrant Education Foundation.
