He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Camden Trey Rivers, Emily Grace Rivers and Carsen Lem Rivers; his mother Lazonia Bernice Rivers; his sister Tara Weaver; his brother-in-law Mark; his sibling's children, Birtlee Reed (Tyler) and Melton Clark; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan Jr., Tyler Jr., Bryson and Tynslee; his grandmother Hattie V. Sullivan; his aunts and uncles, Carol Byrd (Billy), Van Rivers, Barbara Sullivan (George), Juanita Sullivan (Hank), Willard Lipcomb and Scarlett Orso; his father Sterling Rivers; his grandparents, Lemual, Lula Rivers and William Lipscomb; his aunts and uncles, Lee Rivers, Mary Rivers, Mabel Weaver, Sherry Snow, Bobby Lipscomb, Theresa Weaver, Maylon Weaver and George Lipscomb; and his friends, Joseph Best, Philip Lofton, Sine Orso, Billy Joe Reed and Roger Jordan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Theresa Catholic Church (1875 Coy Smith Hwy, Mt Vernon, AL 36560). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at the Byrd Cemetery.
