She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rufus Parker and Lucille Allison Parker; and her sister Harriett Elizabeth Parker. She is survived by: her sons, Arthur Glenn Owens III and Thomas Nelson Owens (Lolita Crabbe Owens); her siblings, Betty Parker White and Thomas Rufus Parker Jr.; and her grandchildren, Charles Thomas Owens and Nancy Katherine Owens.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Franconia-Oak Grove Cemetery.
