He is survived by: his wife Linda Howton; his stepchildren, William Cooper, Rodney Cooper and Tammy Cooper; his daughter Kristen Mitkos (Tim); and his sister Imogene Dagnam. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; lots of friends.
