She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Black and Helen Black; and her husband Richard Plummer. She is survived by : her sister Donna Blankenship (Larry); her daughters, Carol Ramsey (Scott) and Pam Tarpley (Perry); her grandchildren, Christie Windham (Freddy), Jamie Page (Brandon), Robin Giardina (Jacob) and Stephanie Sanford (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Quinsey (Allie), Trinity Giardina, Ashley Bowman (Conner), Emily Davis, Taylor Page, Haleigh Crouch, Hunter Crouch, Micah Sanford, Alston Sanford, Nathan Crouch, Natalee Crouch, Olivia Windham, Lock Windham and Elli Bowman.
