She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Odom and Gertrude Robinson Odom; her siblings, Sarah Self, Eva Gaither and Billy Odom; and her brother-in-law Gaither (Jo).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Taylor, Robin Henderson (Robert) and Skip Taylor (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Noah (Mimi), Emma (Will), Sam, Gage, Tatum (James) and Presley; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Atlas and Roslyn Mae; her siblings, Nancy Cunningham, Connie Hitt (Boyd) and Buddy Odom (Melinda); her siblings-in-law, Joyce Odom and Joe Taylor (Suzanne); and her pets, Piper, Lulu, Penny, Pepper and Yondu. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peoples Chapel Funeral Home (195 Brooklane Dr, Bessemer, AL 35023). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks in lieu of flowers to make donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
