He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Tinney and Gwendolyn Cheatwood Tinney; and his brother Tommy Tinney (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tinney; his children, Lance (Andrea), Lane (Annie) and Justin (Krislynn); his grandchildren, Kinley, Sadie, Keston, Riley and Lily; his sisters, Teresa Lackey (Ted) and Tracey Mace (Steve); and his grandson Chester. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (50 Hamric Dr E, Oxford, AL 36203).
