It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Albert Weldon of Muscadine, Alabama, who passed away on August 18, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Weldon and Mable Perkins Weldon; his wife Bertha Jean Burns Weldon; his son Ricky Lee Weldon; his great great grandchild Ansley Sara Toney; his parents-in-law, JB and Florence Burns; his brothers, Bobby Weldon and David "Davie" Weldon; and his brother-in-law Ronald Jackson.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry "Darlene"; his children-in-law, Michael Thompson of Muscadine, Alabama and Kay Weldon of Lowell; his siblings, Ray Weldon, Larry (Susan Weldon) and Betty Sue Jackson; his grandchildren, Janie, Michael Britt, Haley, Seth Statham and Lisa Pope (David); his great grandchildren, Lynleigh Jean Statham, Ariana Toney (Austin), Trinity Britt, Electra Britt, Riley Pope and Christopher Smith; and his great great grandchild Sara Grace Toney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
