He is survived by: his wife Polly Smith; his daughter Emily Otilla Smith Perez (Jason); his grandchildren, Violet Isabel and Reese Rosalie Perez; his brothers, Tony Smith (Shelia), Randell Smith (Delain), Lynn Smith (Janice) and Glenn Smith (Jeannie); and his siblings-in-law, Clovis Biggers, Betty Biggers, Sharon Clegg (Rodney) and Cindy Biggers.
