It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Earl Howard of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Robin Howard; his daughter Belinda Evans; his parents, Eddie Earl and Ione Howard; his brother Jerry Steve Howard; and his great grandchildren, Bella Terry and Bryant Terry.
He is survived by: his children, Cam Brown (Jay) and Jamie Howard (Regina); and his siblings, Bobby, Jackie, Greg Howard and Mary Ann Michael. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and baby Sprinkle due in April 2026.
