He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Thorpe and Velma Thorpe; and his former wife Anita Thorpe. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Thorpe; his son Mike Mowett (Lorah); his stepchildren, Amanda James, Brandi Willingham, Heather Roach, Chasity Reed and Angel Reed; and his close friend Matt Hanback. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
