With heavy hearts, we announce the death of JoAn Banks of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, who passed away on October 5, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of JoAn Banks to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Banks; and her parents, E. R. Holley and Christine Holley. She is survived by: her children, Hugh Banks (Joan) and Lisa Counce (Billy); her brother Ed Holley (Peggy) of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Holley Collier (Mitchell), Caleb Banks and Connor Counce; and her great grandchildren, Kami and Banks Collier.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Gardens (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cox Boulevard Church of Christ Mission Fund.
