It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Bell of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, who passed away on November 2, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her sister Kathy Vinson; and her nephew Jason Dickerson. She is survived by : her husband Barry Bell; her children, Heather McCollister (Jeff), Haley Richardson and Michael Richardson (Amy); her grandchildren, Macy, John Michael and Blake McCollister; her children, Alex Miller, Zachary Davis, Kaitlyn, Lauryn, Kynlee, Laynee and Micah Richardson; her great grandchild Miller Piland; and her pets, Tappy, Boo, Marty, Polly and Barney.

Because of Joyce's great love for animals, the family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Colbert County Animal Shelter.
