She is survived by: her children, Sheness Bates (Terrence), Keya Short, Rolanda Goode (Reginald), Remond Goode (Nikki), Lakendra Short (Denarius) and Bradley Short; her siblings, Jessie Mae Cowan (Johnny), Charles Goodloe, William Goodloe, Robert Goodloe (Patricia), Roland Goodloe (Merita), Simon Goodloe (Virginia) and Empsie Goodloe (Monita); her grandchildren, Jaidah of Makayla, TJ, Bailie, Zane, Haley, Braedon, Jazlynn, Arnie, Rylee, Bra'Dajah, Brayla, Leilah and Kacen; and her close friends, Carolyn Hughes and Nora Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
