Parnell; his stepsons, Gregory Hayes and Jason Hayes (Megan); his sisters, Lisa Keith (Randy), Michelle Berryman (Stanley) and Shannon Bevis (Lee); and his grandchildren, Jada Gasque, Mason Hayes, William Hayes and Rylan Hayes. He was also cherished by his family including sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, his nieces, nephews and cousins.
