He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Kemp and Johnnie Kemp; and his brother Jim Kemp. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Penn; and his siblings, Julie Robinson, John Kemp (Donna), Mary Robinson (Randy) and Kathleen Davis. He is also survived by 3 children and 2 step sons; 5 grandchildren.
