He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tom Pennington and Sigalee Gargis Brown. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pennington; his daughters, Michele Reaves (Sanford) and Stacy Hughes (Lang); his grandchildren, Alec Pennington, Jennifer Reaves, Anna Grace Fuller and Mallory Reaves; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Fuller and Mattie Fuller.
