He was predeceased by: his father Burrell Thomas Alewine. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Alewine; his mother Doris Alewine; his children, Brian Alewine and Amy Terry; his grandchildren, Jake and Sadie Terry; and his siblings, Steve Alewine (Vicki), Roxanne Walker (Jim) and Kim Alewine.
