He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ward and Lima Ward; his son Cary Ward; and his wife Rose Noles Ward. He is survived by: his son Mark Ward (Paula) of Ashville; his grandchildren, Michael Ward of Cook Springs, Tyler Ward (Tiffany) of Leeds, Josh Campbell of Ashville and Fallyn Ward of Ragland; his close friend Juanita Baker of Nauvoo; and his great grandchildren, Bailey Ward, James Henry Cates, John Wyatt Ward, Mattie Lewis, Graham Baker, Angie Carpenter (Carl) and Kevin Baker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
