She was predeceased by: her husband Larry T Edwards; her parents, James Shubert and Ella Fair Shubert; her brothers, James Shubert and Bobby Shubert; her grandparents, Lewis, Millie Ann Shubert, Marion and Francis Chandler; her in-laws, Sterling and Florabell Edwards; and her granddaughter Laura Ashley Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Edwards and Chris Edwards (Lisa); her grandchildren, Matthew Edwards (Jamie), Ethan Edwards (Maeghan), Colt Edwards, Riley Billings (Dakota) and Seth Edwards (Kelsey); her siblings, Peggy Berry (Wayne), Gerald Shubert (Linda) and Ann Trimm (Arnold); and her great grandchildren, Ellie Edwards, Lacey Edwards and Gus Billings.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kilgore - Green Funeral Home (1200 Birmingham Ave, Jasper, AL 35501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Walker Memory Gardens (692 AL-5, Jasper, AL 35503).
