He was predeceased by: his wife Vickie Weaver Franks; his parents, Minnie Lee Franks (Davis) and Earnest James Franks; his brother Michael Franks; his parents-in-law, H. Z. and Louise Weaver; and his siblings-in-law, Diane McCullar, Nina Jo Self and Ricky Weaver.
He is survived by: his son Heath Franks (Leah); his sisters, Rhonda Hall and Ramona Garrison; and his grandchildren, Lilliand Franks and Joshua Franks. He is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
