He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Graham Shorty Foster and Sue Pike Foster. He is survived by: his sister Tammy Foster Adkins (Mike); his nephew Brad Adkins (Angela); his niece Brittney Adkins; and his great-nephew Graham Adkins (Host). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
