She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter M. Strickland and Georgia N. Dykes Strickland; her husband Bruce Adkinson; and her sister Janice Doak. She is survived by: her son River Adkinson; and her uncle Leon Strickland. She is also survived by granddaughter; and many extended family members and friends.
