He is survived by : his wife Sheila Mock Purvis of New Brockton, AL; his daughters, Shawna Rodriguez (Eric) of Nashville, TN and MaDonna Medley (Trey) of Ft. Novosel, AL; his grandchildren, David Rodriguez of Texas, Isac Rodriguez of Texas, Olivia Rodriguez of Texas, Blaze Medley of Ft. Novosel, AL and Josiah Medley of Ft. Novosel, AL; his siblings, Pat Adkison (Paul) of Enterprise, AL and Dwaine Purvis (Renee) of Missouri; his nieces, Chelsea Adkison (Tim) of Enterprise, AL and Shelby Mote (Justin) of Enterprise, AL; and his nephew Derrick Purvis (Erica) of Bonifay, FL.
