He is survived by: his wife Jewell Craig Freeman; his children, Barbara Gookin (Shaw), Donna McLean and Gregory Freeman (Debra); his grandchildren, Kevin McLean (Helen), Kelly McLean Kitchens, Jackson Freeman (Amanda) and Elizabeth Freeman Gale (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Elijah Kitchens, Mathaios Kitchens and Veronica McLean; his sister Erma Freeman Martin; his brother-in-law Tommy Craig; his stepgrandsons, Gregory Gookin (Jani), Todd Ary and Joseph Icard (Sara); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Victoria Phillips, Noa Gookin, Ada Gookin, Cole Ary, Jack Weist and Lukas Weist. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew, several great nieces and great nephews.
