He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Hunter Manley; his son Charles Markford Manley; and his parents, Richard Manley and Beatrice Ellen Manley. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Harding (Mike) and Richard Manley (Lori); his grandsons, Joseph Harding (Diane) and Samuel Harding (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Michael Pool, Olivia Crowell, Mackenize Harding, Haley Harding, Wesley Harding, Conner Harding, Carter Harding, Samuel Harding, Evelyn Harding and Noah Harding; his great great grandchild Cohon Crowell; and his brothers, Norman Manley (Bridgett), Dean Manley (Rachel) and Bill Manley (Jeanne).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the New Hope Funeral Home (2500 Oak Grove Rd, New Hope, AL 35760).
