She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Partain; her parents, Dorothy Sue Bell and James H. Bell; and her brothers, Jimmy, Bobby and Joe Bell.
She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Sue Partain; her granddaughters, Emery and Elora; and her sister Sylvia Hanks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Hope Methodist Church for the playground, or we invite you to simply do something kind for someone else in her memory.
