He is survived by: his wife Regina Heatherly (Stapler); his children, Mary Lou Walker (Michael), David Lee Heatherly, Rocky Perry, Jr. (Courtney) and Kimberly Perry; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Wharton, Raeanna Perry and Elijah Howard; his sisters, Cindy Davis and Glenda Fowler; his uncle Paul Heatherly; and his friend George "Bud" Childress.
