He was predeceased by : his parents, Isaac Arlo and Norma Pendleton (France); and his siblings, Evelyn Adams, Mildred Templeton, Elizabeth Bellamy, Bernice Solomon, Bennie Bishop, Margaret Sneed, Jim Pendleton, Curt Pendleton, Eugene Pendleton and Olin Pendleton.
He is survived by : his wife Martha Lee Rhoton; his daughters, Wendy Stapleton (Tracy) and Amy Kay (Jeff); his grandchildren, Victoria Stocks (Benjamin), Morgan Ashley Kay and Tyler Pendleton Kay; and his sister Claudia Byrd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
