She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Cooper and Billy Cooper; and her sister Kim McCorvey. She is survived by: her husband John "Jay" Butler; her children, JoAnna and John Butler; her sister Vicki Horton; and her child Haven. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial donations in Sandra's honor to Child Haven, Faulkner University or New Leash on Life.
