It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Lester Davis of New Market, Alabama, born in Murphy, North Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Othella Davis; and his son Danny Davis. He is survived by : his wife Shelby; his sons, David, Brian and Victor; his brother Russell; and his father Wiley Davis. He is also survived by spouses; nine grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
