With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Patricia Martin of New Market, Alabama, who passed away on July 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Franklin D. Hereford; her husband George Martin; and her sons, Randal Hereford and Blane Hereford. She is survived by: her son Aubrey Hereford; her caregiver Beverly Bozarth (Frankie); her stepsons, Granville (Donna) and Keith Martin (Angela); and her grandchildren, Beth Harris (Wesley), Jessica Schock (Jeremiah), Heath Hereford, Ashley McPherson (Adam), Aaron Hereford, Adam Bozarth (Brooke) and Whitney Cobb (Josh). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville (2411 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at the St. Clair Cemetery (471 Ray Rd, New Market, AL 35761).
