She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Wesley and Edna Landers Stillwell; her former life partner Thurman Hall; her husband Jack Smith; her son Stanley Hall; and her son-in-law Wayne Smith.

She is survived by : her children, Sue Herren (Tommy) of Woodland, Wanda Smith of Woodland, Cynthia Hill (Larry) of Woodland, Hollis Hall (Paula) of Bowdon, GA and Tim Hall (Brenda) of Ranburne, AL; her niece Arlene Pace (Charlie) of Bremen, GA; her grandchildren, Heather Edwards (Scott), Heath Mitchell (April), Jason Hall (Julie), Matt Smith (Gail), Marc Smith, Wes Rampy (Jennifer), Randy Hill (Angel), Daniel Hall, Alexa Barfield, Randa Hall and Emily Hall; and her siblings, Jane Yates of Wedowee and W. F. Stillwell (Catherine) of Graham, AL.. She is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Benefied Funeral Home (17624 US-431, Wedowee, AL 36278). The lying in state was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Smyrna Baptist Church (80 County Road 421, Woodland, Alabama). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
