She was predeceased by : her husband Neil Carter; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Brian Christian; and her parents, Joseph Hall and Laura Hall.
She is survived by : her daughters, Anita Turner of Newton, AL and Donna Nash (Lawrence) of Newton, AL; her stepdaughters, Cynthia Edwards (Tony) of Enterprise, AL and Kay Douglas (Roger); and her siblings, Faye West of Albany, GA and Charles Hall of Albany, GA.. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
