Lee leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Lee’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Lee will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond Shiver and Bessie Lee Shiver. He is survived by: his wife Mary Graham Shiver; his children, Kimberle Cowden (Danny) and John Barry Shiver (Wendy); his brother Danny Shiver (Janie); his caregiver Johnnie Hull; and his cousin Joan Seay (Chester). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bay Springs Baptist Church (1721 S Bay Springs Rd, Dothan, AL 36305).
