Xysta Lewis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2022, at the age of 102, Xysta Lewis of Newton, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Lewis; her parents, Dr. J. H. Flowers and Bertha Orr Flowers; and her siblings, Omega Nash, Malta Conners, Martha Ibys Gallo and Alpha Flowers (Bully).
She is survived by: her children, Carol Lewis of Irondale and Larry Lewis of Dothan. She is also survived by her two granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
