She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Clyde" Chandler and Odell Chandler; her husband L. N. "Linny" Fulmer; her aunt Grace; and her brother-in-law Russell Skelton.
She is survived by: her son Tim M. Fulmer (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Belle C. Fulmer-Scott (J. J. Scott), Hudson Jones, Lauren Jones (Rob Jones) and John Erik Quigley; and her sister Joann Skelton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel (5434 Old Birmingham Hwy, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama.
