He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Thomas Webb and Grace Aline Johnson Webb; and his brothers, Carroll, Wayne and Tommy Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Frances Hardy Webb; his sons, Brian (Haley), Chris (Rachael) and Lance (Cassidy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Jason, Carrie, Lillie and Dillon; and his siblings, Roger Webb (Maureen) of Tallahassee and Janice Parker (Jim) of Sandy, Utah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
