She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Parker and Easter Parker; her husband John Raymond Howell; and her siblings, Ruby, Cleta, Irene, Elgin, Bert, Lee, Tossie and Herbert Jean.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth "Chuck" (Sarah) and Jeff (Jane); and her brother Raymond Parker (Helen). She is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
