She was predeceased by: her husband William J; her parents, Frances McClure Moats and William E. Moats, Sr.; and her brother William E. Moats, Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Milton Moats; her stepdaughter Patricia Zwemke; and her niece Margaret Reed Hutton. She is also survived by three cousins.
