He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa E Wallace and Ricky Jones. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Sledge; his siblings, Veronica Hendrix, Alexis Sledge, Tamkea Thomas, Robert Sledge, Steven Sledge and Ricky Thomas; and his grandparent Johnie Mae Jones.
